What is Meraki?

Meraki is a platform for connecting parents or caregivers with their children. We believe that connection involves several important elements of child and human development: attention (mental focus), emotional regulation, and spirituality.

Meraki means doing something with soul, love, and creativity. Meraki is creating from the divine essence in every moment of existence. And we all know - parents won‘t let us lie - there is no action that involves more soul than the creation, upbringing, and education of the new generations. It is literally the future manifesting and revealing itself to us in the present moment.

Our intention

We believe that the world is hungry for tools that make us look inward and teach our children these techniques. We firmly believe that if people‘s mental structures remain the same as in the last decades, we will always be recreating the same world, the same evils, the same problems, the same dysfunctions. The change for a better future that we all dream of is in the children. It is in creating new minds, with other ways of thinking, other ways of perceiving the world, the universe, emotions, and relationships. Only if we manage to create new, more connected minds, will we have a much happier, united, and inclusive world. Meraki is magic, intention, wisdom, and love, attention, affection, and recognition through play and magical and imaginative thinking to generate connection.

I am Cecilia Pietri, and I am absolutely in love with life!

I am passionate about topics such as energy, love, conscious parenting, and living in the present moment. I am a firm believer that LOVE is the most powerful force in the Universe.

I am a mom of two wonderful human beings that we chose for this life experience along with my beloved husband, Ricardo. When I was pregnant with Anabella, I was gifted Dr. Shefali‘s book: Conscious Parent, and of course, I was amazed by this proposal to raise children with consciousness.

At that moment, I began to investigate, study, and read everything I needed to be the mom my children would need to be who they came to be and recognize themselves as wonderful beings connected to their essence. I am passionate about conscious parenting, and I feel deep gratitude in my heart for having an open heart to receive, integrate, and practice tools that have allowed me to have a happy motherhood and a smooth upbringing.

I have taken different courses and certifications in positive parenting, respectful parenting, and conscious parenting, including “Positive Education” by Álvaro Bilbao, “Intensive Training Edurespeta” by Tania Garcia, “Healing My Childhood” diploma by “Sabia Infancia,” and currently, I am studying a master‘s degree in Positive Parenting and Respectful Accompaniment” by the Babytribu School.

I studied Business Administration at Nova Southeastern University, where I also pursued an MBA. When I was doing my postgraduate studies, my passion for conscious nutrition began, and I decided to study at the IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition).

I love to CREATE. I always say that I am raising and creating. These children are divine inspiration in action.

Hello! I‘m Mariana and like Ceci, I‘m in love with life. I‘m passionate about quantum physics and spirituality. It was thanks to quantum physics that I started to find meaning and understanding in spiritual mysticism. 

I studied Industrial Engineering at Universidad Anáhuac Norte in Mexico City, so I‘ve always loved science. 
Life and its perfect forms led me to seek answers to the crises of life and that‘s when I came across this whole world of consciousness. 
I studied postgraduate studies in Bioneuroemotion®? at the Enric Corbera Institute.

I am a facilitator of the method of The Work®?, Byron Katie, a method of self-inquiry and questioning of beliefs. In my point of view, the most efficient one there is. 

One of my favorite studies and tools has been Healing Hypnosis®? at the Healing Hypnosis Foundation. There‘s nothing like hypnosis for reprogramming beliefs. 

I also studied Mindfulness Meditation at the Mexican Institute of Mindfulness; Coach in Breathing Techniques by YogaBody®? and I facilitate the energetic healing therapy of Rising Star®?

Before dedicating myself to being a consciousness facilitator and giving different therapies, conferences and workshops, I worked for 15 years in the corporate world for global companies that were leaders in their industry.
